Payment
A non-refundable deposit of £1000.00 and a signed contract is required to confirm your booking. A provisional booking may be held for 14 days, by which time the deposit should be received by the Swan at Streatley.
Full prepayment is required in timed stages in conjunction with the hotel cancellation policy as outlined in the Swan at Streatley’s contract terms and conditions. 100% prepayment must have been received by the hotel at least one month prior to your event taking place.
Flowers
Our florist can advise availability of flowers for table posies and the floral arrangement for your wedding, event or celebration. Should the same flowers as the brides bouquet be required our florist can advise of supplementary charges.
Linen
Our standard linen colour is ivory, if an alternative linen colour is required an additional cost will be incurred.
Table Plans
Please supply your seating plan and names of guests to the hotel one month prior to the event to ensure we are able to prepare a table plan. We are also able to provide guest name cards and menus.
Toastmasters & Guest Speakers
We are able to recommend Toastmasters and Guest Speakers (additional charge applies).
Evening Entertainment
Entertainment may be arranged in the form of discos, live bands and themed events, at competitive prices.
