Starters
Jerusalem artichoke soup with poached duck egg and smoked ham
Salmon assiette
Rabbit terrine with piccalilli
Salad of watercress, celeriac, pickled girolles and truffles with fried quails eggs

Main Course
Tournedos of turkey with chestnut stuffing, pancetta, cranberries and bread sauce
Pan fried loin of venison with Brussel sprouts, smoked bacon glazed swede and red wine sauce
 Roasted line caught bass with wilted curly kale, olive oil mashed potatoes, brown shrimps and chive butter
Roasted pumpkin and sage risotto with Parmesan and toasted pine nut salad

Dessert
Christmas pudding with rum sauce and brandy butter
Chocolate yule log with white chocolate ice-cream
Vanilla risotto with mulled wine poached pear
Baked orange tart with mandarin sorbet
